Annual General Meeting

Sunday September 17th - 11am - Function Room

The Annual General Meeting of the Mildura Working Man's Club will be held on Sunday September 17, 2017 in the Sierra Lounge at the Club at 100-110 Deakin Avenue, Mildura Commencing at 11.00am.

The ordinary business of the Annual General Meeting shal be -

(a)  1. To confirm the minutes of the previous meeting; and
      2. to receive from the committee, reports upon the transactions of the association during the last preceding financia year;                and
      3. to receive and consider the statement submitted by the association in accordance with Part 7, Secion (1) of the Act; 

(b) To conduct and special business which may be legally brought before the meeting and of which 21 days notice has been             given to the Executive Officer in accordance with Rule 11.

(c) (i) To receive nominations for three vacancies created on the Board of Directors with the retirement of Directors K. Hogarth,             L. Shepherd and S. Smith due to the effluxion of time and who are eligible for re-election; and
     (ii) To receive nominations for one (1) casual vacancy on the Board of Directors with a term of two (2) years.

Nominations must be received no later than 5pm on Saturday September 9, 2017.
